Nothing Compares

I am typing this directly from the Chicago Tribune. It needs to be exactly as the article reads for you to get the picture of this. I had to read through it twice. I got the picture of her from Google Images.

Irish singer Sinead O'Connor has ended her fourth marriage after a little more than two weeks, blaming pressure and disapproval from the family and friends of her new husband Barry Herridge.

O'Connor, 46, said on her blog that the marriage went wrong three hours after the Dec. 8 ceremony in Las Vegas and that the pair had lived together for only seven days before splitting on Christmas Eve. "Within 3 hours of the ceremony being over the marriage was kyboshed by the behavior of certain people in my husband's life. And also by a bit of a wild ride I took us on looking for a bit of a smoke of weed for me wedding night as I don't drink," the controversial singer wrote.

O'Conner, who found fame in the late 1980's with her shaved head and songs like "Nothing Compares 2 U," said that Herridge was "enormously wounded and very badly affected by that experience and also by the attitude of those close to him toward our marriage."

What? Is everyone crazy?

And they were such a cute couple too! Damm, I hate when good things go bad! The sad sad part is how they must be hurting...being in love and all. Maybe if she grew some hair and his suit didn't look like it had spent the night rolled up in a ball they would still be blissfully happy.

She says that she took him on a cab ride to a scary place, looking for something to smoke, and she was handed a handful of crack. He was kinda upset, since HE IS A DRUG COUNSELOR! What a couple of maroons, as Bugs would say!

And to think - there are people who actually deserve our attention in this world - instead of these phonies who claim to be in love. Love has got to be stronger than 3 hours and mean people.
