Especially With An SUV

I love those of you who feel the need to leave a comment but don't have the balls to leave your name. This is my blog and I can put what ever I think is funny on it or anything else for that matter. You obviously don't know me very well because I am the least political person on the planet. I vote for the best looking candidate, that is republican, of course.

As far as being 'catered to' in life, whoa, you are so off base. I grew up in a family with ten kids and we didn't have a pot to pee in. By the time I was ten years old and could earn babysitting money, I bought every article of clothing and shoes I wore. That is why I sew. Same with the rest of my family. It was cheaper to make my own clothes than to buy them. I got a 30 hour a week job when I was 15 and the first thing I did with my paycheck was to replace the towels in our home because the ones were so thread bare and full of holes that they were barely usable. I put my self through college with loans that took me ten years to pay off. I have never been given anything that I didn't work for, in one way or another. You picked the wrong person to presume my 'catered to' background.

Good for you Tommy! I agree with your 'voting' criteria except I vote Democratic! Go figure! But heck, that's why they makes Fords and Chey's right! What would this world be like if we all felt the same way!

Please just continue on with what you do! I'm on the other side too but love your blog. You always make me laugh and I love how important girlfriends are to you. If you post any kind of opinion you will always get comments. Blow 'em off!

I thought the T-shirt was funny. Life's too short to be serious all the time. I like your blog because you post whatever you feel like. You've made it clear that's your attitude and you definitely deliver! To heck with all the haters out there. They should just go read someone else's blog.

I love your blog and especially your WYSIWYG (What You See IS What You Get) attitude! I don't always agree with everything you post and may even be a bit offended on occassion, but YES! It is your blog and if someone doesn't agree, then they don't have to read it. Now isn't that a novel idea! I like being offended once in a while, makes me think and reconsider things. Sometimes changing, and other times ignoring. Keep doing what you do if for nothing else than to piss off the ney sayers!

I love your blog and I think you are hysterical and talented (what a combination!). Whoever it was that asked you to not introduce politics into your very own blog comes off as someone who is used to being catered to...

To those with paper-thin skin....get real...seriously. It was simply a re-post of a bumper-sticker. All politicians are recipients of such things. Take a look at Obama's message that I find offensive.

Imagine if Romney, Santorum or Newt outlined a plan such as this for their race.

It always amazes me how many people make erroneous assumptions without a shred of information. Once someone becomes a regular reader they understand why everyone loves you... and you do seem to have it all because you have a generous spirit and what you give away graciously comes back to you mulitplied.
I always leave your blog with a smile and a lighter heart. Keep it up.

Tommy, you don't have to defend yourself or your blog to anyone. It always amazes me that people can't take the time to leave a nice comment, but if they disagree with something on a blog, then watch out.

People are just jealous that you have such a cute dog :-)

How many times have we been through this before. There is no end to the stupidity and tunnel vision of the anonymouse.

I've been busy with the pre-construction crap around here so I haven't been keeping up. Sorry for the trolls in blogland. What ever happened to having a sense of humor?

I read a lot of news stories, blogs, etc. on the net. I've noticed many comments by people who feel disrespected by what they read, but they have no idea how to show respect when leaving a comment. I've even read some nasty comments attached to obits, but at least the critics knew the deceased.

I recommend your blog for great reading because I think you see life through an artist's eye (and I do not have that talent)and I like to view it along with you.If you happen to see a bumper sticker you like, be assured I'll enjoy seeing a picture of it.

you go girl! Except, of course, the Republican part. I'm just saying. Other than than that, I'm with you.

Your blog, your rules. Simple.
Those that don't like it, well, they can just move on.
I read blogs that occasionally inject a political view that I may not agree with... that's not why I read that blog, (and the bloggers political opinions certainly NOT change if I leave a rude comment).
Also it is so easy to be anonymous than support your ideas with facts.

Miracles, what race is President Obama? I knew, I'd get you on that one....the "1 drop" perhaps? Be careful yourself.

That support should be going to Native Americans. Not offensive imo just misguided.

Perhaps you and yours do not realise that not ALL Black people are supporters of President Obama...surprise surprise...

So what race does President Obama belong to? I'd say the human one.

I am offended by the overt pandering to those that identify with his 'African-American' identity.

I needn't be careful. I know who I am and have no hang-up about it as Obama does.

You wrote, "You and yours." You obviously don't know me and mine. You are making assumptions. Me and mine with our rich ethnic diversity are beyond what you are alluding to. Our life experiences and education make us well-informed. We see through the race pandering.

That often used 'human race' comment is catchy, but the fact remains that the human race is categorized into four races. However, each person's identity is more than the race or races of their family of origin. Only the individual person can 'identify' who they are. Therefore, I can not say what race Obama is. Only he can tell you.

You go Tommy! - It is your blog! - Black, white or what ever race he is. He is still an ASS and the truth tends to hurt those who are denial.
