Gettin' Ready

The tree is trimmed and the gifts are wrapped.  I am into my second day of making
my once yearly treat, chocolate bark.
It is on Tommy Cooks and is called Black and White Bark.  It is always popular so why change it up, right?

At 12 minutes after 12 noon, I will be meeting up with a ton of friends (maybe twelve) to go to a casino on this twelfth day of the twelfth month in 2012.  I wonder how lucky today will be?

Hi Tommy
I made the thin mint cookies last night- fun, easy and delicious! They look nice too. I have a question about the bark- I see cashews in the picture- That is our favorite nut so that is what I am going to use. Regular eating cashews (Costco)- toast these as well?
