Hey, Check Out The Ring


I am using the same picture of the salad with the stuffed tomato that I used before.  It always looks the same and then I don't have to look foolish at a dinner party snapping pictures of guests' salads.

This is what the filling looks like.  It has cream cheese, horseradish, scallions, mayo, bacon and left over tomato

These are campari tomatoes.  They taste like roma's but are round.  You can always use cherry tomatoes or cut the top off of the roma.
 
You clean out the inside after cutting off the top.

You set the tomatoes on a paper towel.  I cut around the part where the stem attaches and minced it up to add to the filling.  Waste not, want not.
