Little Lambs Eat Ivy

I am having a late start today. I had to get Bella off to the groomer for her holiday do. Then I thought that I could start to cut off some of the massive amounts of fat on these boneless leg of lamb. It's a messy job and because I have some cleaning help today I thought I would get some of the splashing, spurting fat removal done so I wouldn't have to clean it up personally. Well, I got through one and was tired of the job. So I just opened up the other two, took the webbing off and the real heavy fat off and bagged it for another time to finish up.  I don't know how anyone could be a butcher.

Five days until Christmas!  Wow, that came fast.
